Hi, I’m Meagan, but my friends call me Trudy, and I love it. My mission is to foster a community where women uplift each other and thrive together. There’s nothing more powerful than genuine support between women.
With my background in psychology, education, and leadership philosophy, along with over a decade of experience in career coaching, workforce development, and DEIB, I’ve had the pleasure of helping clients navigate their life challenges and opportunities.
I grew up knowing about faith, but often struggled to find my true identity and purpose. I experienced a pivotal transformation in my life at 28 years old. It was through these personal struggles that I truly found Christ, and in Him, I discovered a sense of peace I never knew existed. Now, I live empowered by His grace, and I am passionate about helping other women find their strength and purpose through faith.
